Although most of these buildings have gone unused for many years, the historical patina along with the recent splashes of semi-artful graffiti have continued to make them eye-catching. Unfortunately, this might be the most interesting thing here for many years to come, as they are planned to be razed and replaced with mediocre infill development. I think all of these buildings could have been re-purposed and incorporated into a larger site plan with a mix of new buildings, additions, and some great outdoor spaces.
